TEGROV…el primer y autentico ruso vintage?…No.

Tegrov (alias’ von Tegrov ») era una marca suiza bastante genérica en la década de finales de los 1960-años 70. He leído muchas reivindicaciones de una conexión con Rusia, pero creo que son totalmente falsas.

Conocido es de todos que en los primeros 70 Rusia no manufacturaba movimientos propios y lo que hacia era importar movimientos suizos de bajo costo o aprovechar la crisis de sector con la llegada del cuarzo, para conseguir partidas de movimientos de calidad a precio de ganga.

No fué hasta finales de los 70, que comenzaron los Rusos a incorporar
sus propios movimientos.

Nunca me he interesado especialmente por los relojes Rusos, no por que no sean buenos, todo lo contrario hay modelos realmente interesantes, sino porque considero que la verdadera explosion de la relojeria rusa  no fué en los 70

Marcas como poljot o raketa, Sturmanskie, Slava y los mas contemporaneos vostok, no empezaron a desarrollar sus verdaderas facultades relojeras hasta ya bien entrados los 80, gracias a esto y al desconocimiento en general alguno se ha ganado la vida muy bien haciendo pasar Rusos contemporaneos por Vintages.

Me pregunto si hay un vínculo de la casa Tegrov con SORNA o SICURA ya que me da que estos tegrov parecen estar en la misma onda funky que las creaciones de  sicura de Ernest Schneider.

Los movimientos que solian usar estos relojes solian ser ebauches economicos o Bettlach EB880 con pinlever Roskopf calibres de bajo costo que a menudo se vendian desde suiza a los productores de relojes de Hong Kong.

Por ejemplo,

El EB8802 es una falsa versión cronógrafo para proporcionar un simple calendario de bajo costo.

En cualquier caso 17 joyas es una buena actualización para estos movimientos, y por su diseño

merecen ser mencionados en La Galeria.

Tegrov Watch, Fabrique D’Horlogerie Tenniken..

Werner Schaub compró la fábrica Groflin para producir relojes de lujo s bajo el nombre de Charles Perrin. Tegrov fue catalogado como una marca de Groflin en 1951 y 1966 y se asociaron con los relojes Roskopf y Pin Lever. La mayoría de Tegrov utiliza calibre EB 17 rubíes Suministrados por Roskopf.

Tegrov (también conocido como ‘von Tegrov’) era una marca suiza con modelos muy genéricos en la década de 1960 y de los años 70. ha habido reclamos de una conexión con Rusia, pero son totalmente falsos. Investigando se encontró que había vínculo con Sicura o Sorna, ya que parecen compartir partes, asi como la misma estetica extrema funky y multi-función.

Tegrov (alias ‘von Tegrov’) was a fairly generic Swiss brand in the late 1960-late 70’s.

I have read many claims of a connection with Russia, but I think are totally false.

Is known to all in the early 70s, Russia watchmaking was quite in diapers, most of what they did was to import Swiss technology and overall low-cost movements, the remaining  spares from bankrupcy watch companies to achieve quality items at bargain prices, taking advantage of the crisis in the sector with the advent of quartz

It was not until the late 70’s, which the Russians began to incorporate
their own manufactured movements.

I’ve never particularly interested in Russian watches, not into them NOT because they are not good, just the opposite, they did  really interesting models, but because of the above, I believe that the real explosion of Russian watches was not in this period

Brands such as Poljot, Raketa,Sturmanskie,Slava,and contemporary ones like Vostok, began to develop their true powers of watchmaking well into the 80,

Not in the 70s

Thanks to this and the general lack of knowledge, Some has made a living passing by contemporary Russian watches as if they were truly vintage.

I wonder if there is a link between Tegrov and  SICURA  as these tegrov seem to be on the same wavelength funky creations of Ernest Schneider.

The movements they used were economic or Bettlach ebauches pinlever Roskopf EB880.

Low cost  calibers that were often sold from Swiss to producers of watches in Hong Kong.

The EB8802 For example is a false stopwatch version to provide a low cost simple calendar.

In any case 17 jewels is a nice upgrade for these movements, and by the colorful design

Tegrov (aka ‘von Tegrov’) was a fairly generic Swiss brand in the 1960s-70s. That have been a claims of a Russian connection, but they are entirely spurious. Researched found that there were Sicura or Sorna link as they seem to favour the same extreme funky multi-function thing.
