ZentRa, fué una cooperativa relojera fundada el 4 de septiembre 1927 en Berlin.

La popularidad de ZentRa creció muy rápido gracias a la calidad de sus piezas, y terminó con cerca de 2500 puntos de venta de en pocos años. Casi en cada ciudad alemana existio de ZentRa al menos un distribuidor. fueron populares principalmente por sus precios razonables.
Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial ZentRa se trasladó de Berlín a Colonia y trató de volver a la carga. Durante los 60s y 70s los ZentRa tuvieron amplia difusión. sobre todo los jump hours, El precio medio era de unos 180 marcos. La colección constaba tambien de simples relojes deportivos para dama y caballero, y relojes cuadrados con clase.
Mayormente en sus modelos no-crono con Movimientos suizos(A. Schild) y alemánes (PUW).

Pero Quiza la pieza mas buscada fuera el zentra caribbean 2000, un diseño de diver con dial naranja que veis en la galeria, se popularizo en los 70 y que compartia caja con los jenny y otras marcas que fabricaron el mismo modelo
En los 80s – la firma se fue a la quiebra causado por decisiones económicas erróneas, y por la revolución de cuarzo – la fabrica de ZentRa cerró. En 2001, el RS-Handelsgesellschaft, situado en Düsseldorf, compró la marca y los derechos (véase: www.zentra-uhren.de).
Los ZentRa de nuestros días son alimentados por movimientos japonéses de cuarzo o (automáticas Miyota).
Actualmente Usan el nombre Elysee watches para sus creaciones.

Unfortunately the firm went bankrupt caused by erroneous economic decisions, and the quartz revolution – and the ZentRa factory closed.
In 2001, the RS-Handelsgesellschaft, located in Düsseldorf, bought the trademark and rights (see: www.zentra-uhren.de). The ZentRa of today are powered by quartz movements or Japanese (Miyota automatic).
Today the brand Uses Elysee Watch Name for their creations.
